How Does the Delivery Process Work?

Once you place an order, our system begins processing it immediately. Each product goes through a strict quality inspection to ensure it’s in perfect condition.

After passing the final quality check, items are carefully packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.

Our delivery team will bring the package to your address as quickly as possible. If they are unable to reach your address or contact you at the given time, they will reach out to you to resolve the issue.

We strictly follow a “Closed Box Delivery” policy. This is essential for maintaining product authenticity, protecting customer privacy, and preventing any tampering or modification of the items.

How Are Items Packaged?

We use sturdy cardboard boxes to package your orders, with your invoice included inside. Each item is packed with care. Fragile products such as bottles are secured with bubble wrap to ensure safe delivery.

Delivery Charges

  • Inside Dhaka: ৳80

  • Dhaka Sub-City Areas: ৳100

  • Outside Dhaka: ৳120

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Inside Dhaka: 1–2 working days

  • Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days

Delivery may be delayed due to political unrest, natural calamities, transportation issues, or other unavoidable circumstances. Our customer service team will notify you in such cases.

ডেলিভারি প্রসেস কীভাবে কাজ করে?

আপনার অর্ডার প্রসেস হওয়ার পর, প্রতিটি প্রোডাক্ট নিখুঁতভাবে কোয়ালিটি চেকের মাধ্যমে যাচাই করা হয়।

পরীক্ষা শেষে প্রোডাক্টগুলো নিরাপদভাবে প্যাক করে আমাদের বিশ্বস্ত ডেলিভারি পার্টনারের কাছে হস্তান্তর করা হয়।

ডেলিভারি টিম যত দ্রুত সম্ভব পণ্যটি আপনার ঠিকানায় পৌঁছে দেয়। যদি তারা আপনার ঠিকানায় পৌঁছাতে না পারে অথবা সময়মতো যোগাযোগ করতে না পারে, তাহলে দ্রুত সমাধানের জন্য তারা আপনার সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করবে।

আমরা “ক্লোজড বক্স ডেলিভারি” পলিসি অনুসরণ করি, যাতে পণ্যের গুণগত মান, কাস্টমারের গোপনীয়তা এবং প্রোডাক্ট ভেজাল বা পরিবর্তন থেকে সুরক্ষিত থাকে।

প্যাকেজিং কীভাবে করা হয়?

আমরা ইনভয়েসসহ প্রতিটি প্রোডাক্ট কার্ডবোর্ড বক্সে প্যাক করি। ভঙ্গুর পণ্যের জন্য বাবল র‍্যাপ ব্যবহার করা হয়, যাতে করে প্রোডাক্টটি নিরাপদে আপনার হাতে পৌঁছায়।

ডেলিভারি চার্জ:

  • ঢাকার ভেতরে: ৮০ টাকা

  • ঢাকার উপশহরে: ১০০ টাকা

  • ঢাকার বাইরে: ১২০ টাকা

ডেলিভারি সময়:

  • ঢাকার মধ্যে: ১ – ২ কর্মদিবস

  • ঢাকার বাইরে: ৩ – ৫ কর্মদিবস

প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, রাজনৈতিক অবস্থা, পরিবহন সমস্যা বা অন্য যেকোনো অনিবার্য কারণে ডেলিভারিতে দেরি হতে পারে। এই ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের কাস্টমার সার্ভিস টিম আপনাকে অবহিত করবে।
