If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund after the item is returned to us. No additional shipping charges will be applied for such cases.

Return & Refund Policy:

We follow a “Closed Box Delivery” system to ensure product authenticity, protect customer privacy, and avoid tampering or misuse. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you are eligible for a return under the conditions below:

1. Defective or Incorrect Product:

• If you notice a defect (damaged item or wrong product) upon opening the package, please take clear photos or a video as proof.

• Contact our Customer Support team via Facebook Inbox or by calling 01623-650180.

2. Replacement or Refund Process:

• Based on your complaint, our team will assess and decide whether to exchange, replace, or refund your product.

• You must report any issue within 3 days of receiving the product. Complaints submitted after this period will not be accepted.

3. No Refund or Exchange for Change of Mind:

• If you change your mind or dislike the smell, texture, color, design, or any other personal preference, we will not offer a refund or exchange.

4. Opened or Used Products:

• If the product has been opened or used, or if it does not suit you, the return will not be accepted.

5. Wrong Order by Customer:

• If you mistakenly ordered the wrong product, you may request an exchange.

• However, you are responsible for return shipping and re-shipping costs.

• Management will review the case based on the nature of the product and complexity of the exchange.

6. Return Requirements:

• The returned item must include the original invoice, Jersey Nation box, and intact packaging (if applicable).

How to Return a Product? What are the Costs?

1. Product Pickup:

• Once your complaint is accepted, we will arrange a pickup from your location.

• You will bear the courier charge initially.

• If your complaint is found to be valid, the courier charge will be reimbursed.

2. Invalid Complaint:

• If the returned product is found to be in proper condition, your complaint will be considered invalid.

• The item will be sent back to you, and you will be responsible for both the return and re-shipping charges.

কাস্টমারদের সন্তুষ্টিই জার্সি ন্যাশনের প্রধান অগ্রাধিকার।

আপনি যদি ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ভুল পণ্য পেয়ে থাকেন, আমাদের কাছে পণ্যটি ফেরত দেওয়ার পর আমরা রিপ্লেসমেন্ট বা ফুল রিফান্ডের ব্যবস্থা করব। এই ক্ষেত্রে অতিরিক্ত শিপিং চার্জ দিতে হবে না।

রিটার্ন এবং রিফান্ডের শর্তাবলি:

আমরা “ক্লোজড বক্স ডেলিভারি” পলিসি অনুসরণ করি, যাতে পণ্যের নিরাপত্তা ও গ্রাহকের গোপনীয়তা রক্ষা পায় এবং কোনো ভেজাল বা পরিবর্তন প্রতিরোধ করা যায়।

১. ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ভুল পণ্য:

• প্যাকেট খোলার সাথে সাথেই যদি ত্রুটি লক্ষ্য করেন, ছবিসহ বা ভিডিও প্রমাণ রেখে আমাদের ফেসবুক ইনবক্স অথবা নম্বরে (01623-650180) যোগাযোগ করুন।

২. রিপ্লেসমেন্ট বা রিফান্ড প্রসেস:

• আপনার অভিযোগ যাচাই করে আমরা পণ্য বদল, রিপ্লেসমেন্ট অথবা রিফান্ডের সিদ্ধান্ত নেব।

• অবশ্যই পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার ৩ দিনের মধ্যে অভিযোগ জানাতে হবে। এরপরে অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

৩. মত পরিবর্তন বা পছন্দ না হলে:

• পণ্য ব্যবহারের পর যদি গন্ধ, রঙ, ডিজাইন ইত্যাদি কারণে অপছন্দ হয়, তাহলে রিফান্ড বা এক্সচেঞ্জ প্রযোজ্য নয়।

৪. খোলা বা ব্যবহৃত পণ্য:

• খুলে ফেলা বা ব্যবহার করা পণ্যের রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়, এমনকি তা স্যুট না করলেও।

৫. ভুল অর্ডার:

• ভুল পণ্য অর্ডার করলে আপনি এক্সচেঞ্জ করতে পারবেন, তবে রিটার্ন ও রিশিপিং খরচ আপনাকেই বহন করতে হবে।

৬. রিটার্নের শর্ত:

• পণ্য ফেরত দিতে হবে অরিজিনাল ইনভয়েস, জার্সি ন্যাশনের বক্স এবং অক্ষত প্যাকেজিংসহ।

কীভাবে রিটার্ন করবেন? খরচ কীভাবে হবে?

১. প্রোডাক্ট পিকআপ:

• অভিযোগ গ্রহণ হলে আমরা আপনার লোকেশন থেকে পণ্য সংগ্রহ করব। কুরিয়ার চার্জ শুরুতে আপনাকে বহন করতে হবে।

• অভিযোগ প্রমাণিত হলে কুরিয়ার চার্জ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।

২. অভিযোগ অগ্রহণযোগ্য হলে:

• পণ্য সঠিক অবস্থায় পাওয়া গেলে অভিযোগ বাতিল হবে এবং পণ্যটি ফেরত পাঠানো হবে।

• এই খরচ আপনাকেই বহন করতে হবে।
